Well Damien Wilson did just that, and currently shares his incredible understanding of markets, consumers and branding with students at the Dijon School of Wine & Spirits. Hi
I really enjoyed this podcast as I’m doing international marketing. Damien mentioned a cross national study done in 2008 but I couldn’t catch the name of who did it. Can anyone help??

Hi Christine! Sure, happy to provide the details. The published article from which the research emanated is available here: file:///Users/wilsodam/Google%20Drive/Development/Intrepid%20Wino%20Podcast%20-%202015/International_Comparison_of_Consumer_Choice_for_Wi.pdf However, the presentation of which I cited the preferences of each countries wine consumers is not freely available to the public. Please contact me via facebook, or twitter @WineBusProf or email via the Intrepid Wino. Thanks for your interest!
