Let’s Taste is all about opening bottles and talking about the wines, filmed for YouTube. The selection process for what bottles I open is pretty random, sometimes it’s from my own cellar, sometimes it may be a bottle given to me. I don’t rate wines with a score, as tasting a freshly opened bottle isn’t always the best indication of the quality, and also assessing how enjoyable a wine is needs people and food. Sometimes the videos are live-streamed through YouTube, and you can watch and taste along with me and a guest!
