Wine Trade Tasting Behind the Scenes
In August I took some behind-the-scenes footage at a few wine trade tastings here in Melbourne, and I thought I’d share it with you with the idea of showing how portfolio tastings are conducted. With labels like these I was intrigued, so I had a taste and here are my impressions. Fruit is sourced from the Ricca Terra Farms vineyards in Riverland, and as many would know I love Italian grapes.
