Let’s Taste – Mount Langi Ghiran Langi Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 1998

I opened my last bottle of Mount Langi Ghiran Langi Cabernet Merlot 1998, and showed how best to open an older wine that may have a more fragile cork, in a very gentle way.

Let’s Taste – Charles Melton Nine Popes 2005

As I was tasting my other bottle of Charles Melton Nine Popes 2005 from my cellar, I thought I would also show you how to open a bottle of wine sealed under a screw-cap.

Let’s Taste – Moorooduc Wild Yeast Chardonnay 2004 & Ten Minutes by Tractor McCutcheon Pinot Noir 2005

At the girlfriend’s place for dinner with some friends, I opened a few wines from the cellar that originate from the Mornington Peninsula wine region of Victoria. They are The Moorooduc “Wild Yeast” Chardonnay 2004 & the Ten Minutes By Tractor McCutcheon Vineyard Pinot Noir 2005, both under screw-cap. Let’s Taste – Delinquente 2015 Wines

The guys from Delinquente Wines got in touch with me through my website, asking if I’d be interested in tasting the new 2015 releases. With labels like these I was intrigued, so I had a taste and here are my impressions. Fruit is sourced from the Ricca Terra Farms vineyards in Riverland, and as many would know I love Italian grapes.
